Finding the right ring size is the final step before the piece of jewelry becomes yours. Here's how to easily measure it at home in less than two minutes.
Method 1 — String or paper
This is the most accurate method for wide rings like MAYYT creations.
- Wrap a thin piece of paper or string around your finger
- Mark the spot where the two ends meet
- Unroll and measure the length in millimeters
- This number is your finger circumference in mm — it is directly your MAYYT size
Example: if your finger circumference measures 52 mm, your size is 52.
Method 2 — From an existing ring
If you have a ring that fits you perfectly:
- Place it on a piece of paper and trace the inside of the circle
- Measure the inner diameter in mm
- Multiply by π (3.14159) to get the circumference
- This result is your MAYYT size
Example: inner diameter 16.6 mm × 3.14 ≈ 52 mm → size 52

Practical Advice
- Measure at the end of the day — fingers swell slightly depending on the time of day and temperature. Evening corresponds to the maximum size.
- If in doubt between two sizes, take the larger one — a slightly large ring is wearable, a ring that is too small is uncomfortable.
- Wide rings (like several MAYYT creations) sometimes require an increase of half a size compared to your usual size.
- Unknown size? Our advisor can guide you and arrange a trial shipment before ordering.
At MAYYT, returns for size adjustment are accepted within 14 days (except for engraved items). Order with confidence.
